BASIC PACKAGE
The basic package is designed for companies that are about to or have just begun their sustainability work. There may already be some sustainable guidelines, but there is a lack of strategy and a structured way of working with sustainability. I collect alll existing and relevant documentation and analyze it based on the business and needs. Based on the analysis, a new Code of Conduct and up to ten tailored policies and governing documents are formulated. For example, environmental policiy, work rights, anti-corruptions or equality guidelines, all of which are based on the UN's global sustainability goals and the Global Compact's principles for sustainable business. The final delivery, in addition to policies and control documents, also includes suggestions for continued work with or without my help. But also recommendations for improvement, goals and a plan for implementation and responsibilities within the organization. Congratulations! You now have a well-functioning platform, strategy and guidelines for sustainability work and can meet the demands of the future for sustainable business.
SMALL PACKAGE
The small sustainability package is aimed for companies that are already on the path towards a sustainable business. Your organization already has a Code of Conduct and several supporting policies. But there is a need for updating and checking the governing documents. I review existing documentation. I analyze and check that they align with the UN's global sustainability goals and the Global Compact's principles for sustainable business. With that as a base, I make the necessary additions, restructure, reformulate and update. The final delivery consists of a number of updated policies and governing documents. But also suggestions for opportunities of improvement and continued work, with or without my help.

My name is Tommy Evin and I run the company Evin Consulting AB. I have previously worked as sustainability manager at Best Western Hotels with both strategic and operational responsibility for the chain's 160 Scandinavian hotels. For several years I have worked as a Marketing and Sales manager and also with both HR and communication. Since spring 2021 I run my own business and help companies reach their potential as a sustainable business.
